With a resolve to improve the condition of the Devipujak Samaj, Police Inspector Mr. Suraj Patni has established a library aimed at uplifting the students of the community. This initiative not only provides a high-tech reading space but also prepares students for competitive exams by inviting expert faculties for guidance.
Mr. Patni has named the library SHREE LILA MANGAL DEVIPUJAK SAMAJ LIBRARY, in honor of his parents who dedicated their lives to ensure he received a good education despite their hardships. Speaking about this endeavor, Mr. Patni expressed that education is the fundamental cornerstone for the progress of any society. This belief led him to decide, from a young age, to establish a library for the youth of his community.
The library, beyond being a reading space, is equipped to serve as a preparation center for prestigious exams such as UPSC, GPSC, and other high-level government positions. It includes arrangements for coaching sessions with faculties from SPIPA and other competitive exam institutes.
Inspector Patni, driven by a strong desire to spread educational awareness within his community, tirelessly raised funds for this noble cause. Born into a very poor family in Chamanpura, Surajbhai Patni always harbored the goal of advancing in life and simultaneously uplifting his community. After receiving primary education in a government school and overcoming numerous adversities, he joined the police force and eventually rose to the rank of Police Inspector. His intimate knowledge of the challenges faced by his community due to a lack of education inspired him to establish this library in Bapunagar.
Mr. Patni, with the help of friends and financially able individuals, raised the necessary funds and turned his dream into reality. Recently, he inaugurated the reading library named after his parents, aiming to create a lasting impact on the educational landscape of the Devipujak Samaj.
